Delivery can be to any address in the U.K as long the address at which your payment card is registered is also present on your order. All deliveries must be signed for (except items sent by post and which are small enough to be put through your letterbox) although UK Mail will leave with a neighbour sometimes however this is your responsbility to collect item. Please make sure you keep the receipt enclosed with your goods.
When you add products to your Shopping Basket the appropriate delivery charge will need to be selected. You will always be able to see this charge before submitting your order.
All delivery timescales are subject to product and delivery slot availability we offer next day delivery although this cannot be guarenteed. There can be a delay within the Brewery or than can be a delay via UK Mail and this must be taken into account. We can not accept any responsibilty for orders not recieved next working day or if you are not in to collect parcel and it has to be re-delivered another day.
Small parcels may be delivered via Royal Mail. Delivery is next working day and subject to availability. However, delivery may take up to five working days.
The contents of your order and your delivery postcode area will determine which delivery services you will be offered. We do not deliver to Post Office (P.O.) boxes or shipping agent addresses.
Delivery will be between the hours of 7am and 6pm; we are unable to confirm a time.
Whilst every reasonable effort shall be made to keep to any delivery date, time of delivery shall not be of the essence and Green Jack shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by the customer or any other person or company arising directly or indirectly out of any failure to meet any estimated delivery date. The risk in the goods shall pass from the company to the customer upon delivery of such goods to the customer.
Some of our ales are sterile filtered which means the sediment removed which means you can pour the whole bottle into a glass these are our 500ml bottles.
Our 750ml fliptop bottles are all conditioned which means you will need to let them settle after delivery and decant into a jug (unless you have a large enough glass to pour the whole bottle in).
Postage We use UK Mail to deliver all our parcels in the UK.
Orders recieved on a Friday may be processed on the following Monday. Orders placed after 2pm will be sent out the next day.
We can NOT always arrange a delivery for a Monday - our office hours are Monday to Friday and we do not work weekends and UK Mail do not collect from us at weekends. If you want it for Monday it needs to be ordered for the previouys Friday delivery. We will not take any responsibilty for orders not delivered.
On ordering real ale online, once delivered please allow at least 12 hours for your Tappit (18 pint box) or Polypin (36 pint box) to settle before drinking.
On check out you can select Brewery Pick if you wish to pick up your order from the Brewery. Address is Argyle Place, Love Road, Lowestoft, Suffolk,NR32 2RF. Please let us know which date you require to pick up. We are open 8am - 4.30pm Monday to Thursday and 8am - 3pm on a Friday.
Free delivery to the Lowestoft area, for areas such as Beccles and Great Yarmouth this is subject to our dray and order size. Delivery will be made on the day that our dray is in your area. Please call 01502 562863 ot email firstname.lastname@example.org to find out when we deliver to your area. If this day doesnt fit into your plans then you are best of to select nationwide delivery. Please note we cannot guarentee same day or next day delivery especially during busy periods particulary May, June, July, August, September and December. It is also important that we are given a telephone number and someone is at the delivery address, if we deliver and you fail to be present and haven't given us instructions of somewhere safe to leave it then we will not redeliver and you will need to arrange collection from the Brewery.
Green Jack shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control.
If you need to return a product purchased from Green Jack then you have 28 working days to do so. The returned goods must be in a resalable state and any goods or accessories that accompany the returned product must also come back to us.
The goods should also be returned with their original box, packing and accessories.
If the return is due to missing or faulty parts then we will offer a full refund or replacement provided we are aware of this within 10 working days.
Any refund, which is due to a fault or other defect, will include a refund of the applicable delivery charge.

Cancellation of Orders
You are able to cancel your order prior to shipping with no cost penalty being incurred and full credit of your account if monies have already been taken. You can cancel an order by following the links on the Green Jack website, or by phoning us on 01502 562863
